Job scope, duties and responsibilities :
Service Tools
Prepare tools for inspection/cleaning
Prepare documents & tool for rework to machine shop
Follow up with machine shop
Prepare load out tools for field
Unload tool from field & Check tool return
Prepare service report after service or repair
Prepare damage report
Weekly report every Friday (Tools availability list)
Monthly report
Daily cycle counts
Other operations or service activities as instructed by supervisor
Qualifications :
Experience in servicing Down hole tools in oil & gas industry advantageous
Minimum senior high school level of education or above;
Basic English communication (written and spoken)
Experience with computers, MS office and email advantageous (for completing service reports);
Positive attitude, self-driven, enthusiastic, honest with work and good interpersonal skills;
This position is also open as entry level position and those with no prior servicing experience.

INVENTORY COORDINATOR

Operations Manager Far East until designated accordingly based on location
Job scope, duties and responsibilities :
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Prepare correct packing lists and delivery notes for inventory
- Perform a physical inventory of the warehouse (daily cycle count).
- Use the JD-Edward Systems.
- Perform the weekly count report and the inaccuracy report.
- Perform the inventory monthly report, included movement report and valuation report.
- Update the inventory for usage / transfer / sold items
- Forecast inventory for 6 month usage
- Maintain all receiving items (office supplies, warehouse supplies, inventory)
- Record all receiving items into JDE compare with PO or Invoice
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3- year experience in the oil and gas industry
- Senior high school level education minimum (economics/engineering)
- Excellent English Communication (written and spoken)
- Good computer skills with MS office etc.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, enthusiastic, honest with work and good interpersonal skills

Objective of Role:
To ensure the mine plan is effectively communicated and implemented.
Specific Roles and Accountabilities:
1. Ensure mining operations are conducted safely and efficiently
2. Ensure mining procedures and rules are implemented and followed
3. Equipment is effectively utilized to maximize production
4. Coordinate with the contractors for mining activities to ensure the mine plan is followed
5. Preparation of regular and ad hoc production reports
6. Will be required to work regularly with mining, geology, survey, and contractor personnel
7. Prepare mine plans and designs for site activities. Mine planning and scheduling of various timelines.
8. Supervision and control of the pit activities and daily works of contractors
9. Support organization’s belief to ensure all site safety, environmental and general policies and procedures, are adhered to, by all on mine sites
10. Ensure management is kept fully informed about issues or concerns affecting the company’s best interest

2) 5 years experience as mine engineer in Gold Mining or Coal Mining
